What year was your business established and give a brief history?

Est: 2022 – Texas Striping & Parking Lot Services was founded after recognizing a growing issue throughout Nederland and Southeast Texas — countless parking lots had been neglected for years, with faded, missing, or non-existent striping and pavement markings. It became clear that many property owners and businesses needed guidance not only in improving curb appeal, but also in understanding Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) compliance requirements for parking lots.

While many businesses focus on updating the interior of their facilities, the parking lot is often the first thing customers see upon arrival. A well-maintained parking lot creates a strong first impression, improves safety, enhances curb appeal, and reflects professionalism and care for customers and visitors alike.

This vision became the foundation of Texas Striping & Parking Lot Services and inspired the company’s tagline:

“Your parking lot is your welcome mat to your business.”

From curb appeal improvements to ADA and TAS-compliant layouts and professional pavement markings, Texas Striping & Parking Lot Services continues helping businesses create safer, cleaner, and more welcoming properties throughout Southeast Texas.

What is your personal secret to success?

consistency, integrity, and taking pride in the work you do — even when no one is watching; treating people honestly and fairly; success has also come from understanding that every parking lot represents someone’s business, reputation, and first impression. By focusing on professionalism, customer relationships, attention to detail, and educating clients on safety and compliance, continued growth has been through trust, reliability, and word-of-mouth referrals. At the end of the day, success is not just about completing a job — it’s about leaving every property better than you found it and building lasting relationships along the way.
