What Year was your Business established and give brief history?
Full service restaurant established in 1970 by my parents Roy & Ramona Martinez. My Grandparents started making tortillas and tamales in 1968.

What is your personal secret to success?
I am blessed to have an excellent staff. They even came in during the flood, when i couldn’t get out of my neighborhood to open. They are my work family, more family then work!
